Role Overview: The Operations Engineer ensures all equipment are inspected, maintained, and operationally ready, supporting workshop efficiency, fleet performance, and safe service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate equipment availability, inspections, and preventive maintenance
Monitor workshop performance and support staff development
Analyze equipment performance and provide solutions for recurring issues
Support operational reporting and fleet management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in equipment operations, fleet management, or workshop coordination
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
English fluency; Arabic is an advantage
