Operations Engineer

Description:

NAFFCO is looking for a skilled and results-driven Operations Engineer to join our team in Jeddah and support manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Optimize operational and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Implement and support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth manufacturing operations and effective workflow management.
• Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor production activities and identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and production issues.
• Manage, prepare, and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects and manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality departments.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
• Support Operational Excellence and continuous improvement programs.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, production engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in fire trucks, ambulances, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Optimization, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in Capacity Planning, Production Monitoring, and Troubleshooting.
• Professional experience using ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Saudi nationality is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
