Description:

FPICO is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and technical skills, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all operational activities and ensure project execution is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
Manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.
Conduct site visits and track project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently.
Optimize workflows and improve operational performance across projects.

Requirements:
Extensive leadership experience: At least 15 years of experience in the construction sector, with 7+ years in senior management roles.
Project management expertise: Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale construction projects.
High organizational skills: Ability to develop and execute effective operational strategies.
Proficiency in project management tools: Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Strategic decision-making ability: Ability to drive success through operational improvements and problem-solving.
