This position is designed for a hands-on leader who understands specialty coffee operations and can drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all locations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across café branches and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage inventory cycles, stock levels, procurement, and supplier coordination
• Lead, train, and develop teams to enhance productivity and guest experience
• Monitor product quality, service standards, and operational compliance
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance insights
• Implement improvement initiatives to boost sales and operational efficiency
• Ensure operational readiness across supplies, maintenance, and resources

✨ Candidate Profile
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in café or specialty coffee operations
• Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee market and trends
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
• Solid background in operations planning, quality control, and cost management
• Ability to analyze KPIs and operational performance
• Valid driving license and own vehicle
