Description:

We are hiring for a Saudi-based leading B2B E-commerce organization for the position of Operations Head based in Jeddah.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end operations, supply chain efficiency, warehouse management, last-mile delivery, and process optimization across the region.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall operations including warehousing, fulfillment & logistics
Drive operational excellence, cost optimization & service-level improvements
Manage large cross-functional teams across supply chain & distribution
Implement SOPs, KPIs & performance dashboards
Ensure strong coordination with commercial, finance & tech teams
Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives within operations

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
12–18+ years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain
Strong exposure to E-commerce, B2B distribution, FMCG, Logistics, Retail, or Marketplace businesses
Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced operations
Proven team leadership & P&L understanding
Prior GCC experience preferred
Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory
