🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Work on Oracle EBS R12 with technical focus on SCM & Financials
✅ Design and develop custom OAF solutions for high performance and usability
✅ Deliver enhancements across RICE components, XML reports, Workflows, APIs, Interfaces
✅ Develop and maintain Forms, Reports, SQL/PLSQL, and XML Publisher reports
✅ Handle technical documentation – MD50, MD70, MD120
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements
✅ Drive quality solutions with a sharp eye on performance and scalability

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔️ 7–10 years of experience in Oracle Apps Technical
✔️ Minimum 2 full-cycle R12 project experience
✔️ Strong hands-on with RICE components, OAF, Conversions, and Workflows
✔️ Expertise in technical documentation and lifecycle management
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
