Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS HCMS Techno-Functional Consultant with 9+ years of experience to join an onsite engagement with a leading banking client in Riyadh.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and map them effectively to Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
Conduct user training sessions and provide functional support.
Configure and implement Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME.
Develop and customize database objects – including views, tables, functions, APIs, and user hooks.
Troubleshoot and trace database errors; implement new validations to meet business needs.

✅ Requirements:
Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle HRMS
Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and workflows
Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams
Arabic speaking is a plus, but not mandatory
