Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 – HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules.
Act as an Oracle HCM subject matter expert and functional advisor.
Analyze business needs and propose optimized Oracle EBS solutions.
Liaise with technical teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
Drive user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Manage upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Oracle environments.
Write and run SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.

🎓 What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 5 years of Oracle EBS R12 (HR, Payroll, Self-Service) experience.
Hands-on configuration and full-cycle implementation experience.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
SQL and PL/SQL knowledge is a plus.
Technical understanding and ability to collaborate with developers.
