Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, UK Payroll, - - Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Develop Fast Formulas, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Sets, UDTs, and Personalizations.
- Configure workflows using BPM and manage HCM security setups.
- Work on Data Migration, Reporting, and Integration (HDL, PBL, HCM Extracts, Web Services).
- Client engagement: Requirement gathering, Product Workshops, CRP, UAT, and demos.
- Lead documentation, project management, and customer communications.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 9+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support
✅ 3+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud projects
✅ Strong techno-functional skills with hands-on technical development
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
✅ Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
