Description:

 Key Responsibilities:
• Work on Oracle Core HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll
• Manage and support end-to-end implementation projects
• Configure and maintain HCM solutions per client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with regional HR and payroll policies
• Write and optimize SQL queries for HCM data extraction and reporting

✅ Required Skills:
• Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Core HR, Absence, and Payroll
• Minimum 1 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Good communication and documentation skills

✨ Added Advantages:
• Experience with payroll projects in Gulf countries
• Exposure to Performance Management and Succession Planning modules
