Are you an Oracle HCM EBS expert looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management, OLM, etc.) to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

🔹 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🔹 Contract: 12-month extendable
🔹 Language Preference: Arabic speakers preferred

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM EBS modules
✅ Develop PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher solutions
✅ Work on Oracle Fast Formulas for Payroll and Benefits
✅ Collaborate with HR teams to analyze business requirements and provide solutions
✅ Troubleshoot system issues and support system upgrades & enhancements

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS as a Techno-Functional Consultant
🔹 Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Absence Management
🔹 Strong PL/SQL and Oracle Workflow development skills
🔹 Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams
