Roles & Responsibilities:
Oracle Applications HRMS and Payroll Functional Consultant with Arabic Speaking
- Arabic speaking is must
- Functional: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management
- Should have strong hands-on Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management
- Resource should have worked on Supporting Oracle Applications R12
- Resource should have worked on Expertise in writing and modification of Fast formulas used in Payroll
- Should have knowledge of Oracle workflow, AME, HRMS personalization
- Should have knowledge in SQL, underlying HRMS tables & the data that is or can be handled through each of the modules
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have good knowledge of and interaction with any tool utilizing the ITIL V4 framework for managing tickets, changes, and interactions
- Should be willing to take responsibility and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
- Should be a team player
