8–12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud.Strong understanding of O2C processes, including pricing, fulfillment, and shipping.Hands-on experience with:Oracle OM configurations and orchestration rulesBI Publisher, OTBI, and dashboardsSQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow/BPMExperience with global implementations and multi-org, multi-currency environments.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.
