🔍 About the Role:
As a PAM Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing robust IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now hybrid IAM solutions.
Develop identity lifecycle processes, access request workflows, certifications, and RBAC policies.
Integrate with SAP systems (S/4HANA, CRM, HCM, etc.) and BMC Remedy (ITSM).
Lead the migration of SAP IDM services to SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now.
Build RESTful APIs and middleware integrations with enterprise systems.
Configure and maintain SOD (Segregation of Duties) environments.
Ensure seamless provisioning, de-provisioning, and password management.
Support auditing, reporting, and integration with SIEM tools.
Draft technical documentation: SOWs, onboarding plans, user guides, and design specs.
Perform backups, restores, and system health monitoring.

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now development and implementation.
Strong Java programming skills and IAM architecture knowledge.
Experience integrating with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, GRC, BW, SRM, and other modules.
Skilled in middleware integration and API/web services development.
SailPoint certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
