Parts Order Controller

Description:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Receive and process parts requests from technicians or relevant departments.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and stock movements.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Issue parts to technicians and document all transactions accurately.
