Description:
A leading Hospitality group in Riyadh is looking for a Payroll Officer to manage payroll operations efficiently and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process payroll for restaurant staff, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions
✔ Ensure accurate calculations and timely salary disbursement
✔ Maintain employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies
✔ Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and GOSI regulations
✔ Coordinate with HR & Finance on salary adjustments and benefits deductions
✔ Generate payroll reports and assist with audits
Requirements:
🔹 Bilingual (Arabic & English) – essential for smooth communication
🔹 Experience in payroll processing, preferably in hospitality/F&B
🔹 Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and WPS
🔹 Proficiency in payroll software (mention specific system if needed)
🔹 Able to join immediately
