🔍 Key Responsibilities Include:
• Driving headcount metrics and workforce KPIs
• Developing predictive models and AI-driven tools
• Leading employee experience apps and dashboards
• Analyzing turnover and attrition to boost productivity
• Building workforce planning and compensation models
• Integrating Oracle HCM data into dashboards
• Owning complex analytics projects end-to-end
• Leading HC strategy reporting & insights initiatives

🛠 Key Tools & Skills:
• Oracle Fusion HCM (all modules)
• Power BI (actively used), Tableau, QlikView/Sense
• Data visualization & integration skills
• Strong understanding of MIS & technical metrics

🎓 Requirements:
• 4–5 years in data analytics
• 1+ year in People Analytics
• Degree in Data Science, AI, or related field
