Planning Engineer

Description:

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules while ensuring alignment with strategic milestones and delivery objectives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and baseline programs
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Perform critical path analysis and risk assessments
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior leadership
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Support cost and resource planning activities

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related)
• 5+ years of experience in planning and project controls
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, aviation, or large EPC projects
• Strong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
