Planning Engineer

Alkobraish Investment and Construction Company is currently seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our Abha Head Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring that all weekly and monthly progress reports are accurately prepared and submitted to management. This role involves close monitoring of project milestones and the creation of detailed follow-up schedules to keep construction activities on track.

In addition to scheduling, the Planning Engineer will manage cash flow and different histograms related to manpower and equipment allocation. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in handling revised and recovery schedules, as well as an understanding of Extension of Time (EOT) procedures. Proficiency in technical tools such as Power BI for dashboard creation and advanced Excel is mandatory for analyzing project data and presenting progress to stakeholders.
