Planning Engineer

Description:

• 3–5 years of planning experience in Saudi Arabia (Consultant experience is preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6
• Review and evaluate contractors' baseline schedules, schedule updates, recovery plans, and revised programmes
• Review project progress, verify schedule updates, and identify critical path changes and schedule deviations
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules
• Review Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and support delay analysis assessments
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and site supervision staff to verify progress and ensure schedule compliance
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project milestones, and reporting procedures
• Assist the Senior Planning Engineer with project controls, schedule reviews, and other planning-related activities
• Knowledge of delay analysis methodologies, including Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Impacted As-Planned
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
