Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, prepare and update baseline schedules, monitor project progress against approved schedules, analyze delays and critical activities, prepare recovery and mitigation plans, coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, track project milestones and deliverables, support resource and manpower planning, and provide accurate schedule forecasts to support effective project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
5–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Excellent knowledge of project scheduling, progress tracking, critical path analysis, and delay analysis
Experience in residential, commercial, and villa construction projects is mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Good understanding of construction methods, project control, and project reporting
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Candidates must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
