◾ Key Responsibilities:
🔹Develop, maintain, and update project baseline schedules.
🔹 Perform regular progress updates and variance analysis.
🔹 Prepare detailed progress and performance reports for management and stakeholders.
🔹 Develop and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims with proper justifications and documentation
🔹 Support project teams with planning, forecasting, and schedule risk analysis
◾ Qualifications & Skills:
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
🔸 Minimum 7 years of experience as a Planning/Scheduling Engineer in construction projects.
🔸 Strong command of Primavera P6 and advanced MS Excel skills
🔸 Solid knowledge of baseline development, updates, and reporting.
🔸 Excellent communication and analytical skills.
