Planning Engineer

Requirements & Responsibilities:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
▪️ 5–10 years of experience in Planning, with fit-out project experience preferred.
▪️ Develop baseline schedules, detailed construction programmes, and procurement schedules.
▪️ Prepare manpower histograms and equipment schedules.
▪️ Monitor project progress, identify delays, and perform Critical Path Analysis.
▪️ Forecast completion dates and prepare recovery schedules.
▪️ Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and S-Curves.
▪️ Coordinate with procurement teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
▪️ Support EOT claims and maintain accurate planning records.
▪️ Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
▪️ Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
▪️ Primavera P6 Certification is an added advantage.
▪️ Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
