🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
🎯 Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management
🎯 12+ years in project/program management
🎯 Strong experience in real estate development
🎯 PMP / PgMP certification preferred
🎯 Strategic leadership and reporting expertise
