Pmo Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage PMO operations and governance frameworks.
• Align projects with organizational strategy and monitor execution.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA Cash Management and Treasury Risk Management implementations.
• Drive Digital Banking Enablement Projects, preferably with experience in Saudi Aramco or major GCC programs.
• Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Support Business Process Re-engineering and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Requirements:
✅ 15+ years of experience in Project/Program Management (with 7+ in PMO leadership).
✅ Strong SAP S/4HANA (Cash Management & Treasury Risk Management) knowledge.
✅ Proven track record in Digital Banking solution projects across KSA/GCC.
✅ PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP certification preferred.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
