Description:

 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Operations / Facilities Management (Master’s preferred)
• 8–10+ years in large-scale industrial operations, logistics parks, or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder industrial developments
• Strong knowledge of procurement, utilities, facilities setup & workforce housing solutions
• Excellent project management skills—timelines, budgets, vendor oversight
• Familiarity with Saudi industrial regulations or SEZ environments is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities

👇 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete industrial infrastructure development—buildings, utilities, transport, warehousing, worker accommodation
• Manage procurement of capital equipment, machinery, and critical systems
• Establish and supervise facilities management operations with full compliance
• Develop SOPs, vendor SLAs, safety protocols, and site-wide operational policies
• Create dashboards for logistics, workforce housing, energy use & performance tracking
• Lead cross-functional teams: engineers, project managers, technicians & contractors
• Report KPIs, milestones, budgets & risk mitigation to senior leadership/board
