Pmo Planning Engineer

Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced PMO Planning Engineer responsible for developing, controlling, and reporting project schedules in alignment with PMO standards and industry best practices.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Develop baseline schedules (Level 3–5) using CPM scheduling techniques
Perform resource and cost loading
Conduct progress measurement and performance analysis
Prepare recovery plans and delay analysis (EOT, TIA, etc.)
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and executive summaries
Manage baseline control and KPI dashboards
🎓 Requirements
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
Experience with Microsoft Project
Advanced MS Excel skills
8–12 years of experience in Planning & Project Controls
Minimum 5 years of experience within a formal PMO environment
Experience working on large infrastructure or mega projects
PMP certification is preferred
