Procurement Specialist

Description:

 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end procurement processes for materials and services
🔹 Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors
🔹 Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms
🔹 Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
🔹 Monitor supplier performance and agreement compliance
🔹 Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements
🔹 Analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings and optimization
🔹 Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
🔹 Ensure timely delivery of materials to support operations
🔹 Support supply chain efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement
🔹 Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
🔹 Experience with purchase orders, contracts, and supplier evaluation
🔹 Good command of English (written and spoken)
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
🔹 Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
