Product Owner

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development and execution of innovative product solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring that product vision and objectives are delivered effectively. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to prioritize and manage the product backlog while delivering maximum value to the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the company’s goals and customer needs.
Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog by creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and tasks to guide development teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business units, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Sprint Planning: Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints and deliver high-quality increments on time.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for customer-centric design by integrating user feedback, market research, and analytics into product improvements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance using KPIs, gather user feedback, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Risk Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, proactively addressing them to keep projects on track.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, requirements, and development processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
Experience with data analysis and user feedback interpretation.
Certification as a Product Owner (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
