Must-Have Experience
7+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership
Experience in Digital Banking, Fintech, Lending, or Payments
Strong experience working with Agile & Scrum teams
Proven track record improving UI/UX and customer journeys
Strong analytical mindset (funnels, dashboards, experimentation)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product outcomes

Good to Have
Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC Financial Services
Lending & Credit Product Knowledge
Experience launching new digital products end-to-end
Exposure to product analytics and experimentation tools
Arabic language skills
