·       Appropriate supervision

Professional Skills

- Knowledge of food safety & food technology standards.

- Excellent understanding and application of yield, losses and rework concepts.

- Good understanding of the FMCG production process.

Technical Skills

- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint, and solid user skills of other modules).

- Good understanding & application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause and effect Diagram)

- SAP knowledge;
