🔨 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the manufacturing process of air ducts and HVAC components.
Distribute tasks and manage the production team within the factory.
Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality and technical standards.
Coordinate raw material needs and manage production inventory.
Maintain and enforce occupational safety standards in the workplace.
Follow daily production plans and ensure output targets are achieved.
Monitor employee performance and evaluate their technical skills.
Apply the 5S system and implement lean manufacturing practices.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma in Air Conditioning, Metal Forming, Industrial Production, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience in air duct and HVAC component manufacturing.
Experience operating CNC machines and smart production systems.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and factory machines.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Familiarity with production tools, inventory management, and basic computer skills.
