Description:

KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Lead R&D strategy and product innovation
✅ Develop new food products from concept to commercialization
✅ Improve production processes and packaging
✅ Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies
✅ Coordinate with Production, Quality & Marketing teams
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (SFDA, GSO, Codex)
✅ Introduce automation and process improvements
✅ Experience with Jelly, Cake Mixes, Custard Powder, Vanilla Powder, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, Crème Caramel, Corn Starch, Coffee Powder, etc.
