Production Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our high-volume bakery manufacturing operations (buns, breads, rolls).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end line operations (mixing, baking, packaging, dispatch).
Manage KPIs: OEE, waste reduction, yield, labor productivity, and downtime.
Ensure strict adherence to SFDA, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards.
Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Food Tech, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 8–12+ years in food/bakery manufacturing (5+ years managing large-scale bakery operations).
Deep expertise in high-volume production of buns, breads, and rolls.
