Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 Yrs Experience in related field
In-depth knowledge of aluminum production processes such as extrusion, rolling, anodizing, or die- casting.
Proven track record of managing shop floor teams and achieving operational targets. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Proficient in production planning tools and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
