Project Engineer

Description:

 Key Responsibilities
Full project lifecycle management: planning, scheduling, budgeting
Coordinate with designers, contractors, MEP teams & vendors
Ensure on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery
Conduct site inspections, progress reviews & snag resolution
Prepare reports, variations, payment applications & close-out docs
Enforce safety, SBC & client standards
🎯 Must-Have Requirements
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture
5+ years in project management (fit-out / construction)
Proven track record in KSA building projects
Expert in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel
Strong problem-solving & communication (English; Arabic = plus)
Ability to thrive under pressure & tight deadlines
Fitness/gym project experience = BIG PLUS (e.g., Technogym, Life Fitness installations)
Valid Iqama + Ajeer-ready (local transfer only)
