Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 8–10 years of relevant experience in Civil Works & Asphalt Road Works
🔹 Strong hands-on site experience with excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with Clients and Contractors
🔹 Excellent technical and project management knowledge
🔹 Ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, HSE, and Project Teams
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Proven ability to manage site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
🔹 Willingness to work at different project locations anywhere in Saudi Arabia
