Project Technical Lead

Description:

In this role, you will:
- Act as the single technical authority for EPH design, build, testing and go‑live.
- Lead domestic and cross‑border payments integrations (ACH, RTGS, GCC RTGS, Instant Payments, SWIFT CBPR+, ISO 20022).
- Drive real‑time and batch integrations with Core Banking, ESB, digital channels, AML, sanctions and fraud systems.
- Ensure security, regulatory compliance, performance, DR/BCP and audit‑ready documentation across the platform.
- Govern vendors and system integrators to deliver high‑quality, compliant and resilient solutions.

If you have:
- 8–10 years of IT experience, including 6+ years in payments (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH) and proven delivery as Technical Lead for EPH / SWIFT ISO 20022 implementations;
- Strong hands‑on skills in APIs, ESB, IBM MQ/Kafka, Oracle/MS SQL, Linux/OpenShift and security;
