Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships.
🔹 Present and promote TBK real estate projects.
🔹 Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits.
🔹 Negotiate and close sales deals.
🔹 Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
🔹 Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
🔹 Participate in exhibitions and promotional events.
🔹 Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
📋 Job Requirements:
✔️ 2–5 years of Real Estate Sales experience.
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Excellent presentation and customer relationship management skills.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
