Proposal Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Review RFQs and tenders, clarify technical requirements, and understand bidding processes.
• Finalize process designs based on project specifications and prepare BOQs, cost sheets, and quotations.
• Ensure proposals and quotations are submitted in line with company standards.
• Coordinate with fabricators, manufacturers, and suppliers to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local fabricators for tanks, vessels, clarifiers, DAF systems, and related equipment.
• Develop and maintain a database of manufacturers and suppliers for water and wastewater treatment components.
• Maintain project approval records, references, and technical databases.
Requirements:
✔ 3–5 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer or in a similar role
✔ Strong understanding of tendering, estimation, and proposal preparation
✔ Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects is preferred
✔ Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills
