Description:

1. Key Responsibilities:

a. Procurement Management:

• Source and purchase high-quality ingredients and supplies necessary for restaurant operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices and terms.

b. Inventory Control:

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

c. ERP Familiarization

• Utilize Foodics and other ERP systems for tracking purchases and managing supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

d. Supplier Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Address any issues related to product quality or delivery.

2. Qualifications:

a. Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
