Qa & Qc Engineers

Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated QA & QC Engineers (Civil) to join our team on a rental/contract basis for our ongoing civil construction projects. Candidates should have strong technical expertise and hands-on site experience in quality assurance and control.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure all work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Review and verify material quality, test certificates, and supplier documentation.

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: inspection reports, test reports, checklists, NCRs, and corrective action plans.

Monitor workmanship, construction methods, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.

Supervise concrete tests, soil and compaction tests, mix designs, and material sampling.

Participate in client inspections, internal audits, and quality meetings.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures throughout all stages of the project.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Previous experience in QA/QC roles within civil construction projects is mandatory.

Strong understanding of QA/QC standards, testing procedures, and relevant codes.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently at project sites.
