Quality Assurance (qa) Manager

Key Responsibilities
✔Develop, implement, and maintain the firm’s Quality Assurance framework, policies, and audit methodologies.
✔Ensure full compliance with international auditing standards (ISA), IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
✔Lead internal QA programs, including engagement reviews, risk assessments, and quality control testing.
✔Oversee corrective actions, continuous improvement initiatives, and root-cause analysis.
✔Collaborate with audit partners, department managers, and regulatory bodies to uphold quality benchmarks.
✔Provide training, coaching, and performance oversight to strengthen audit quality across teams.
✔Drive firm-wide quality culture and support readiness for external quality inspections.
📚 Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s is an advantage).
✔ Professional certifications required:
CPA, ACCA, CIA, CMA, or SOCPA (SOCPA strongly preferred).
7–12 years of progressive experience in Audit / Assurance / QA within auditing, consulting, or Big Four environments.
✔Proven experience leading Quality Assurance or Quality Control functions in professional services.
✔Strong knowledge of audit standards, ethics, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
✔Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and enhance performance.
✔Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and drive change.
