Quality Manager

Description:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
▪️ Minimum 12 years of QA/QC experience on construction projects, including at least 5 years as a Quality Manager, preferably on residential projects
▪️ Strong experience preparing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements
▪️ Proven ability to manage inspections, material approvals, NCRs and corrective actions
▪️ Experience conducting internal audits and leading QA/QC teams on site
▪️ Solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international standards
▪️ Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, site, technical office, and MEP teams
▪️ ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus
▪️ Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
