We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our project team.
Experience in cost control, BOQ, EPC billing, subcontractor management, and ERP systems is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Progress & invoice monitoring
BOQ and MTO preparation
Subcontractor billing & payment certification
Variation orders & cost estimates
Budget tracking & reporting
🎯 Strong understanding of drawings, construction plans, value engineering, and commercial negotiations is essential.
