Ran Optimization Engineer

Description:

 We're currently looking for a RAN Optimization Engineer to join a leading telecom project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in 4G/5G network tuning and KPI optimization across RAN technologies.

⭕ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tuning & optimization for 5G/4G RAN networks to meet SLA KPIs
- Conduct parameters audits and drive test analysis
- Handle VIP complaints related to 2G/3G/4G/5G
- Optimize cluster performance to improve network KPIs and user experience
- Interface with cross-functional Ericsson teams (Core, Operation, Design, etc.)
- Apply AI/ML and coding in performance improvement use-cases
- Utilize customer experience probing tools for actionable insights
- Share knowledge & document technical solutions

⭕ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering or related
- 3–5 years of experience in RAN optimization
- Familiarity with Ericsson RAN features and tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
