Ran Optimization Senior Engineer

We are seeking an experienced RAN Optimization Senior Engineer to support advanced mobile network performance across multi-technology environments. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service by optimizing RAN KPIs for 5G/4G and legacy technologies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Perform network optimization to meet SLA KPIs for 5G/4G/3G/2G.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend parameter tuning at network/site level.
Conduct drive test analysis and propose corrective actions.
Handle VIP complaints and ensure resolution within committed timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Core, Design, and Projects.
Enhance cluster performance through periodic audits and optimization plans.
Apply knowledge of Ericsson RAN features and traffic strategies.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of RAN optimization experience (multi-tech: 2G/3G/4G/5G).
Strong understanding of Ericsson RAN systems and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience with performance analysis and optimization strategies.
Drive test data interpretation and cluster tuning proficiency.
