Ran Performance Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a RAN Performance Engineer to join our Managed Services team and support day-to-day RAN performance monitoring, KPI analysis, and reporting activities while working closely with Ericsson teams and customers.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze RAN KPI trends and identify performance anomalies
• Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly performance reports
• Develop customized ENIQ reports and validate reporting formulas
• Maintain dashboards and ensure data consistency and trend accuracy
• Conduct periodic performance analysis and identify threshold deviations
• Support network investigations and root cause analysis activities
• Assess network improvements following implemented changes
• Collaborate with FO, BO, Optimization, Configuration, Rollout, and Solution teams
• Utilize SQL to develop customized reports and analytics
🧠 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related Engineering field
• 3–5 years of experience within Telecom environments
• Strong knowledge of RAN Performance Management and KPI analysis
• Hands-on experience with ENIQ, Dashboards, and SQL
• Understanding of Radio and Transport technologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
