Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring successful sales transactions.
✅ Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, calls, and emails.
✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
✅ Conduct market research to identify and engage the target audience.
✅ Provide top-quality service to enhance the customer experience.
✅ Qualify and refer potential leads to sales managers for further development.
✅ Maintain an up-to-date client database and sales records.
Job Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹 Strong proficiency in computer usage.
🔹 Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
🔹 Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
