• Greet and assist clients as they enter the studio
• Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage class registrations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
• A passion for fitness and wellness
